3. Hours Of Function

The Bar Association JaipurTeam is operational from Monday – Saturday: 10:00 A.M- 6:00 P.M IST (India) We observe a close on all government declared holidays.
4. Payments, Cancellations, And Refund Policy

Payments can be made in INR. Please contact us for different payment modes.

4.1 Billing

All payment transactions are processed through secure payment gateway providers. We do not store any card information (other than the last 4 digits of your card) in our servers .
An Advocate can became a mermership offered by The Bar Association Jaipur through different payment options like, VISA / MasterCard / PayPal / Razor Pay/Phonepe depending upon which ones are currently being provided by Payment Gateway facility.
After the payment process is carried out successfully, an official receipt of purchase is provided by payment Gateway on behalf of The Bar Association Jaipur through email which can be used as a reference for any future requirements.

4.2 Refund Policy

We strive to provide the membership of our origination , but if you don’t happy with our online services after, you can claim your money back within 3 days of registration.
You are eligible for a full refund within 3 days of your registration if you refused within 3 days of registration date .
You will be required to drop an email to [email protected] with Subject: REFUND

5. Content

As a part of our Services offered through our Website, We shall grant you access to our content, and other information and live events at the bar association jaipur. We reserve the right to amend, revise or update the Content offered to you. In the event such an amendment, revision or updating occurs, we may require you pay an additional fee to access such amended, revised, or updated Content..

6. Customer Support

We will use reasonable endeavors to respond to all Customer Support Queries within a reasonable time frame but we make no promises that any Customer Support Queries will be responded to within any particular time frame and/or that we will be able to answer any such queries. For all the paid members, a dedicated support system is designed and details of the same are shared upon registration under any program(s) .

7. Rights You Grant Us

On acceptance of Terms & Conditions by a user, the user gives his/her explicit permission to call or contact the user via SMS or email through any medium which The Bar Association Jaipur fit.
We reserve the right to feature your picture in any photos, videos, or other promotional material used by us.
Further, we may use your personal information to inform you about other certification training courses offered by us. However, we shall not distribute or share your personal information with any third party marketing database or disclose Your personal information to any third party except on a case-to-case basis after proper verification of such third party or if required under any applicable law.

9. Severability, Waiver, And Interpretation

Unless as otherwise stated in the Agreements, should any provision of the Agreements be held invalid or unenforceable for any reason or to any extent, such invalidity or enforceability shall not in any manner affect or render invalid or unenforceable the remaining provisions of the Agreements, and the application of that provision shall be enforced to the extent permitted by law.
Any failure by The Bar Association Jaipuror any third party beneficiary to enforce the Agreements or any provision thereof shall not waive The Bar Association Jaipur’s or the applicable third party beneficiary’s right to do so.
As used in Terms, the words “include” and “including”, and variations thereof will be deemed to be followed by the words “without limitation.”

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold The Bar Association Jaipur harmless from and against all damages, losses, and expenses of any kind (including reasonable attorney fees and costs) arising out of or related to:
Your breach of the Agreements or any one of them; Any User Content you share or otherwise contribute; Any activity in which you engage on or through the The Bar Association Jaipur membership; and Your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
